SINGU launches AI Copilot: ask your facility operations anything and get answers you can trust

SINGU launches AI Copilot
A conversational assistant built into the SINGU platform turns natural-language questions into structured, source-linked answers from a team's own operational data, no exports, filters, or BI skills required.
Warsaw, 21.08.2026 - today SINGU announced the general availability of AI Copilot, a conversational intelligence layer built directly into its facility management platform. AI Copilot lets property teams, operations leaders, and field technicians ask questions about their operations in plain language and receive structured, permission-scoped answers drawn from their own live data, with every answer linked back to the underlying record. AI Copilot becomes available to all AI-eligible SINGU customers in Fall 2026, following a phased early-access rollout.
Facility and real estate teams lose hours to a familiar set of problems: search across modules is slow and unreliable, ad-hoc reporting requires manual exports and spreadsheets, and cross-cutting patterns such as SLA risk, cost anomalies, and recurring failures stay invisible until it is too late. AI Copilot addresses all three by letting anyone simply ask, for example "Which tickets are at risk of breaching SLA this week?" or "Which sites have the largest backlog?" and get an answer in seconds.
Unlike generic AI assistants bolted onto software from the outside, AI Copilot is grounded in the data already inside a customer's SINGU instance. It uses deterministic tool-calling rather than free-text generation, keeps every response strictly scoped to the user's permissions, and links each answer to its source record so results can be verified, not just trusted. Data is handled in line with GDPR and is never used to train models.
“Facility teams do not need more dashboards, they need answers they can act on and trust. AI Copilot is built on the operational data our customers already have in SINGU, so every answer is grounded, permission-scoped, and traceable to the source. That is the difference between an AI demo and an AI you rely on every day.”
said Paweł Malon, Group CEO of SINGU.
AI Copilot ships first with the Helpdesk module and will expand across Inspections and Equipment over the coming releases. It also acts as the connective layer for SINGU's broader AI capabilities, including automatic ticket summaries and inspection assistance, so AI-generated content can be continued and composed in one place.
The launch reflects a wider shift in the facility management software market, where conversational AI is moving quickly from a differentiator to an expectation. SINGU's approach focuses less on the underlying model, which is rapidly commoditizing, and more on what is unique to each customer: the depth of their operational data and the trust guarantees around it.
