SINGU acquires Micad

2025

Adding Micad's (est. 1987) healthcare and education estates expertise and ZetaSafe's est. 2003) compliance capabilities, strengthening SINGU Group’s position in the UK public sector.

SINGU acquires net-haus

2025

Expanding into the DACH region through a trusted local provider (est. 2000) and increasing the portfolio under management to more than 250 million m². The German provider, net-haus, has since been fully integrated into SINGU.

SINGU acquires Synbiotix and QRmaint

2026

Adding Synbiotix's healthcare operations expertise (est. 2003), strengthening capabilities across workforce management, catering, and patient services to support better patient care. That same year, QRmaint, a Poland-based CMMS provider, extends the platform's reach into the machines and industrial assets operating within buildings.
